Tracking is on, but links are not being tracked

For all mail clients, always ensure that your tracked emails are being sent in HTML format and not Plain Text.

Some recipients may send emails to you in plain text, or convert your HTML emails to plain text when they reply. In these cases, to ensure your links will be tracked, make sure to change the format of the email back to HTML when replying.

If links are still not being tracked, ensure Link Tracking is enabled in the Bananatag Outlook add-in or Gmail extension.

 

Outlook:

STEP 1: On the main Bananatag Outlook interface, click on Settings.
STEP 2: Select the Mailbox tile from the sidebar.
STEP 3: Ensure the Track Links setting is set to Enabled.

 

 

Gmail:

STEP 1: Click on the Bananatag 'b' in Gmail, and select Extension Settings from the dropdown.
STEP 2: Ensure the "Track Links" setting is set to Enabled.
