My emails are not being tracked when I reply in Outlook

In some rare instances, certain settings aren't able to be set during the installation of the Bananatag Addin for Outlook which can cause opens to not be tracked for replies, and only be tracked for new messages.

If you are experiencing this issue, follow the below steps to reset open tracking.



On the Bananatag menu bar in the Outlook ribbon, Click Options and then Settings:



Uncheck the Track Email Opens box:


And click Apply:



Go back into the Settings by clicking Options, and then clicking Settings again:




Re-enable the Track Email Opens checkbox:



And click Apply:


Opens for replies should now be Tracked.
