My emails are not being tracked when I reply in Outlook


To track emails, the "Track Email' button must be selected in the Compose window before sending. If replying to emails within the preview pane through your inbox, your default Bananatag tracking settings will be applied.

If your emails are not being correctly tracked when replying to emails through the preview pane, follow the below steps to enable tracking by default.


How to Enable Tracking:


  1. Click Create with Bananatag to open the Outlook add-in
  2. Click the ⚙️  icon to open the settings
  3. Click on the toggle next to Enable Tracking so that it is set to On. This will ensure that your replies are tracked with Bananatag.
