My emails are not being tracked when I reply in Outlook


To track emails, the "Track Email' button must be selected in the Compose window before sending. If replying to emails within the preview pane through your inbox however, your default Bananatag tracking settings will be applied.

If your emails are not being correctly tracked when replying to emails through the preview pane, follow the below steps to enable tracking by default.


STEP 1: On the main Bananatag Outlook interface in the "Home" ribbon, click Settings.
STEP 2: Select Mailbox from the sidebar.

STEP 3: Change the "Tracking Checkbox" setting from Disabled to Enabled. Emails responded to through the preview pane should now correctly be tracked.
