Viewing Metrics when sending from a different account


You can send a tracked email from another account and receive the metrics in their Bananatag dashboard. In order to do this, a few conditions should be met:

  1. The account you want to send from must have a Bananatag sub-account associated with it.
  2. You have permission to send from this account (Permissions to “send as” are managed by your company’s mail admin team)
  3. You have the Bananatag add-in installed in your email client (To track the email you will be sending)

Be aware that the metrics will always go to the account you are sending 'from'.

Viewing Metrics

Depending on your account type, you can log into the dashboard, go to the Team page and use the "Login as user" feature to view the metrics.
