Whether you are sending to your distribution lists, a contact group, or a group of individual addresses the process is the same. There are, however, a few tracking limitations to keep in mind.

Requirements:

  1. You must have at least 1 address in either the TO or CC fields
  2. You may have no more than 25 addresses between the TO and CC fields
  3. There are no restrictions on the number of addresses in the BCC field
  4. You will need to have your distribution lists pre-built

Outlook

Open up a new message in Outlook and insert your distribution list or contact group in the TO or CC field.

OR

Include your distribution list or contact group in the BCC field.

Note: When Recipient Counting is enabled in your Bananatag settings, it will count the email addresses among all fields. Depending on your mail network, list setup, and computer speed this can result in delayed sending.

Gmail

Open a new message in Gmail and insert your distribution list or contact group in the TO or CC field.

Friendly reminder: You must have at least 1 address in either the TO or CC fields even if you have addresses in the BCC field.
