Import My Contacts via Integration
Adding an integration to connect Bananatag with your existing people management system (such as Azure Active Directory). The benefits of doing so include daily automatic syncing of those contacts so all contact information is updated automatically.
- Click on Add an integration.
- From the next screen enter a Title for your Company Active Directory and click CREATE and then click CONNECT ACTIVE DIRECTORY.Also ensure pop-ups are allowed for https://app.bananatag.com/
- In the new window that pops up, you will need to enter your Microsoft AD credentials.
- Once this is complete you should see the below:
- After clicking NEXT in this new screen we will map the imported data to how we wish it to be displayed.
- Once complete we can click NEXT to double-check your settings.
- Then NEXT once more to complete the process!
