As an Admin or Parent Admin for your Internal Comms. or Teams level subscription, you have the ability to reset the password for members of your team.
First, you’ll want to ensure you are on the Team page of your dashboard, which is accessed from app.bananatag.com. Next, click the three dots next to the user you would like to edit and click "Reset Password".
Next, toggle Set Custom Password on if you would like to create your own password for that user, or toggle it off if you would like the system to auto-generate a password. The user will be notified with the password and next steps once you click Reset Password.
