After you have made changes to the customization page, please make sure you click SAVE AND UPDATE at the bottom of the screen to save them.

WARNING: Do not navigate away until you have saved your colors or they will be lost.

Configuring custom colors

The colors section can be found at the top of the customization page. This section will allow you to set customized colors that can be used in your designs by default.

You can set custom colors by either changing the existing colors or by adding additional colors in the empty blank spaces provided.

To adjust an existing color, click anywhere on the color you wish to change. You will see the "Color Details" menu appear. Here you can manually select your own color or input a Hex Code or RGB codes if you know them. We recommend that you limit your palette to primary, secondary and text colors (black, grey, white, and links).

You can also name the color, so that it is easy to identify within the Email Designer.  We recommend that you name the color so that it is clear for your team which elements the colors will be used for (ex. Default Text, Gray Text, etc.)

Once you have found the desired color and have inputted the desired name, click CONFIRM to save your your color.

Once saved, those colors will be visible below the hex code and RGB fields whenever you change colors within the email designer. Simply click on the desired color and it will be applied to your highlighted text. You can learn more about formatting text in the email designer here.

Default font styles

Underneath the custom colors section, you will find the section to configure default fonts. Configuring custom font styles is a great way to ensure that quick blocks and custom blocks are built with your corporate fonts. To do this, simply select a desired font in either the Primary Font and Secondary Font sections.

If you do not see your font in the drop downs, you can request it from the "Send Request" link. Clicking that link will show a pop-up so that you can input the font name you would like to request.

Please note that due to licensing agreements, we may not be able to fulfill all requests. You can learn more about which fonts we support here.

Once you've selected and saved your default fonts, you will see them displayed at the top of the font menu, which you can find in the "Text Settings" panel on the right side of the screen in the designer.

Custom Link Colors

At the bottom of the page, you can find the section to set a custom link colors and styling. This will ensure that any links you add to your design will default to those settings and meet your branding requirements without further editing.

You can set the default color of a link via the Link Color section.  You can access it by clicking on the color icon. Then you can set the color by either selecting the color manually, inputting a hex code, or inputting RGB codes.

You can also change the styling of your links using the Link Style page. Click on the drop-down and you will be able to make your links bold, underlined, or italic. If you do not want any styling on your links, you can select the "None" option in the drop-down.

Once you have chosen your desired Link Color and Style, you will see it previewed below. If you have also selected primary and secondary fonts, they will also be shown in the preview.
